Every request goes into the same prioritization signal we use for our roadmap. We track who asked, which tier they’re on, and how often it shows up. The most-asked-for connectors in any given quarter jump the queue.
- We reply within one business day with a realistic ETA, or flag the request as a long-tail backlog item.
- If your platform has a public API, we can typically ship a read-only connector in 2–3 weeks.
- Customers on Scale tier can fund priority builds — talk to us about a custom timeline.
