01Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Eline’s platform and services. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

If you don’t agree, don’t use Eline. Your only remedy is to stop using the service.

02Eligibility

Eline is a tool for finance and marketing leaders at B2B companies. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to sign agreements on behalf of your organization to create an account.

03Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account, including the security of your sign-in credentials. Sign-in is via email magic link — keep your inbox secure.

You agree not to share account access with people who don’t have signing authority on the underlying source systems Eline reads from. Each user gets their own account.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from Eline.
  • Use Eline to process data you don’t have legal authority to process.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network we operate.
  • Send automated traffic that hasn’t been pre-arranged with us in writing.
  • Use Eline to build a competitive product.

05Your data

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to render the product surfaces you requested. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for the details.

You grant Eline a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your data solely to operate the service for you. Nothing more.

06Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime, measured monthly. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance via email and the changelog. Unplanned downtime is reported promptly on a public status page (rolling out in v1.0).

During the private beta, no SLA applies. Customers under enterprise contracts may negotiate custom uptime commitments.

07Pricing & billing

Pricing during the private beta is set per-customer based on company size and connector count. Production pricing will be published at /pricing when the general beta opens.

Annual contracts are paid in advance. Monthly contracts are paid in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

08Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We’ll honor any prepaid period and stop charging at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms — fraud, abuse, attempts to compromise other customers. We’ll give you 14 days’ notice when feasible.

09Warranties & liability

Eline is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reconciliation output will be perfect. You’re responsible for verifying outputs against your source systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Eline in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
