The product is the same. Tier by company shape.
Tiers scale by org complexity (entities, users, reconciliation cadence, support depth) — not by feature gate. Every tier sees every dashboard.

Pricing FAQ
The questions CFOs actually ask.
- Why is pricing this transparent when most B2B SaaS hides it?
- Hidden pricing in 2026 telegraphs "we'll charge whatever we can extract" — and our buyers are a CFO and a CMO who have run that gauntlet at every other tool they've bought. We'd rather you self-qualify out at the right tier than spend two months in procurement.
- What counts as a "user"?
- Anyone who logs in. Read-only viewers are users. Approvers are users. We don't charge per-connector or per-source — connect every platform you have. Each tier's user count is the cap; over-cap users prompt a tier upgrade conversation, not a surprise invoice.
- What happens to my historical data if I cancel?
- 30 days of read-only access after cancellation. Full CSV + JSON export of every reconciled month, every dashboard view, every audit-log entry. After 30 days the org is archived and we delete on the 90-day mark unless you ask us to extend.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-contract?
- Upgrades are pro-rated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — we don't want anyone gaming the tier by oscillating monthly. Annual contracts can downgrade only at renewal.
- What if I have more than 4 ad platforms — do I need Scale tier?
- No. Tiers are sized by company complexity (ARR + entity count + finance team depth), not connector count. The Growth tier covers every ad platform and CRM we integrate with. You only need Scale if you have multi-entity finance, custom reporting requirements, or 5+ finance team members in the tool weekly.
- How is this priced relative to Vendr / Zylo / Tropic?
- Roughly the same band, but a different problem. Those tools manage software subscriptions; Eline reconciles all marketing spend (paid media + tools + agencies + headcount allocation) and ties it to outcomes. Many customers run both — we read their Vendr data to load tool cost into TRUE COST loaded ROAS.
- Is the implementation fee real or theater?
- Real, but waivable. The $5,000 covers connector setup with our team, custom chart-of-accounts mapping, and a week-1 review with both leaders together. We waive it for design partners. If you don't want that level of hand-holding, you can self-serve from /sign-in and skip the implementation entirely.
- Do you have nonprofit / academic pricing?
- No formal program yet. Reply to any of our emails with the context and we'll look at it. We'd rather make case-by-case decisions than publish a discount tier we'll regret.
