How can you tell if a job uses Breezy HR?
Breezy career portals live at company-name.breezy.hr, with job pages under it. The form asks for your details and a resume, and often a questionnaire. Breezy accepts DOC, DOCX, Pages, PDF, RTF and TXT files up to 50MB, which covers almost any normal resume.
How does Breezy HR screen applicants?
Employers can mark a multiple-choice or dropdown answer as disqualifying, and an applicant who picks it is disqualified immediately. Separately, the paid Applicant Insights feature gives each candidate an overall score from 0 to 10 and can automatically move candidates to a new stage based on that score.
- Read each questionnaire option carefully. Picking a range like “0 to 3 years” can disqualify you on the spot if the role needs more.
- Upload a text-based document, not a scan, so your experience can be read.
- Put the role’s must-have skills in plain words near the top of your resume.
